refunds.

Cancel at least 48 hours before your session start time and receive a full refund of the amount paid, back to your original payment method. No questions asked.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session start are eligible for a 50% refund, as ingredients and your private session slot have already been reserved for you.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start, and no-shows, are non-refundable because materials are prepared and the private slot can no longer be re-sold. You are welcome to send a friend in your place.

Need a different time? Reschedule free of charge when you let us know more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Within 48 hours, rescheduling is offered at our discretion based on availability.

In the rare event we have to cancel or reschedule a session (for example, instructor illness or unsafe conditions), you will be offered a new date or a full 100% refund — your choice.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us by WhatsApp (+66 93 578 7547) or email ([email protected]) with your booking reference (HERB-XXXXXXXX). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days; your bank may add a few days.

All workshop prices and refunds are stated and processed in Thai Baht (THB). Amounts shown at checkout are the full amount payable — there are no hidden fees.
