Full payment must be completed before your workshop date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.

All cosmetics and perfumes created during workshops are intended for personal use only. They are not certified for commercial sale. Herbsmetics makes no medical claims regarding workshop products.

Herbsmetics Workshop Phuket is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages arising from the use of materials outside of supervised workshop sessions. Participants are responsible for disclosing known allergies before the session begins and must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.

All content, designs, formulas, photographs, and branding on this website are the property of Herbsmetics Workshop Phuket or its licensed partners. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province.
