Generic branded merchandise is forgettable by design. A perfume or balm kit made by hand in Phuket carries provenance, craft, and sensory memory — three things a branded USB drive will never have. Workshop-made gifts also carry a narrative: where they were made, what went into them, and why.
Our branded kit range covers perfume, solid balm, and aroma diffuser products, each available with full-colour label printing, foil embossed logos, and custom fragrance names. Kits can be produced as workshop outputs — made by your team during a Herbsmetics session — or as pre-made orders fulfilled to your specification. Minimum order quantities start from 20 units.

Our souvenir sets are designed for workshop participants and tourists who want to take home something genuinely made in Phuket. Each kit contains a signature Thai botanical blend, a story card detailing the ingredient origins, and packaging designed to travel. Available to purchase in-studio after a workshop, or pre-ordered for group gifting.
Standard branded kits require a minimum order of 20 units with a lead time of 10–14 working days from artwork approval. Rush orders (5–7 working days) are available for an additional fee. Hotel supply programmes are set up on a rolling basis with agreed replenishment cycles. Workshop-produced kits have no minimum order — participants make their own during the session.
Every element of the kit is customisable. Labels can be full-colour digital prints or foil embossed on kraft stock. Fragrance blends can be chosen from our standard palette or developed as a bespoke signature scent for your brand. Box and ribbon colours are matched to your brand guidelines. Optional QR code experience cards link to a company page, event recap, or custom landing page of your choice.

Yes — sample kits are available for a nominal charge that is credited against your first full order. We recommend requesting samples at least 3 weeks before your event date to allow time for any adjustments to fragrance or packaging.
We ship branded kit orders internationally via DHL and FedEx. Cosmetic products must comply with destination country import regulations. We can advise on packaging and documentation requirements for your market.
Yes — bespoke fragrance development is available for orders of 50 units or more. We run a brief consultation to understand your brand's character and create a signature blend that is exclusive to your order.
