The most seamless luxury experience we offer: a Herbsmetics workshop delivered entirely at your villa. We arrive before you sit down, set up in whichever space suits you, and leave without a trace. Your only task is to create something.
Going out for an activity is fine. Staying in your villa and having the activity come to you is better. Privacy, pace, and surroundings that are already yours — these are the conditions that produce the most relaxed, memorable workshop experiences we run. When participants are comfortable in their environment, their creativity follows. We have facilitated sessions by villa pools, on open terraces overlooking the sea, and in air-conditioned living rooms — every setting produces something different.
We coordinate arrival with your villa manager or concierge, typically 60–90 minutes before the session begins. Setup is silent and complete before your group gathers. We can work in any villa space — poolside tables, dining terraces, living rooms, or dedicated workshop areas. All materials are brought by us, all surfaces are protected, and all clearing up is handled by our team. When the session ends, the villa is returned to exactly the state we found it.
Our in-villa luxury workshop pairs the setting of a premium Phuket villa with the depth of a master perfumer session. Rare Thai botanical ingredients, one-on-one facilitation, and handcrafted keepsake packaging position this experience at the top of what Phuket has to offer. Pre-workshop ingredient story tastings, private label design sessions, and calligraphy-inscribed gift boxes are available as part of the full luxury format.
Villa workshops unlock access to our rare ingredient collection, which is not available in standard studio sessions. Oud and agarwood extracts, wild-harvested Thai ylang-ylang, jasmine absolute from Chiang Rai, and our Phuket-exclusive sea air and coastal accord can all be incorporated at the villa. Bespoke fragrance development — where the finished perfume is documented with a formula card and available for reorder — is exclusive to the in-villa format.
We work directly with villa concierges and villa estate managers as referral partners. Referring a guest is straightforward: contact us with the booking details and we handle everything from there. Commission terms are agreed in advance and paid promptly on session completion. Pre-arrival booking is available — guests can be confirmed into a villa workshop before they land, which we find increases both uptake and the quality of the experience.
In-villa workshops accommodate groups from 2 to 20 participants depending on the villa's available space. The standard format works well for groups of 2–8 where facilitation depth is highest. For groups of 10–20, we bring a second facilitator and adapt the session to a paired or small-group format. All group sizes receive the same quality of ingredients and take-home packaging.

Rare Ingredient Workshop

For groups up to 6, we need a table approximately 2m long and 80cm deep with access to power. For larger groups we adapt to your villa's layout during the pre-session setup. We have run sessions on poolside daybeds, dining terraces, and open-plan living areas without difficulty.
Yes — this is our preferred arrangement. We contact the villa manager directly once a booking is confirmed, handle all logistical details with them, and arrive independently. You do not need to manage any of the coordination on the day.
Villa workshops are suitable for participants aged 10 and above when accompanied by an adult. All ingredients used are cosmetic-grade and skin-safe. We conduct a brief allergen check before the session and can substitute any ingredient on request.
